LEARN IRISH SET DANCING IN BRADFORD

Sinead Engel has been dancing since the age of 6 and is an experienced teacher.  She has won Best in Britain at the Manchester International Set dance festival with previous students, as well as an international 2nd place, and Under 18s 1st place.  The aim is for a session where participants have fun as well as improving fitness and learning traditional and social Irish dances with a view to future ceili craic and possible displays during Bradford's City of Culture year and beyond.  No special equipment is required - just comfortable clothes that allow for raising arms above the head, and well fitting shoes that are either flat or low heeled.  It is advisable to bring a bottle of water, but the venue has a bar where other beverages may be purchased.
